TRAM manages over 2,200 units of Tax Credit Apartment communities located in San Antonio and South Texas. It also manages three HUD section eight properties for PRS Housing in Houston and Beaumont, Texas.
TRAM has put particular emphasis on implementing special procedures along with weekly onsite administrative supervision to enhance the economic performance of all its properties while maintaining high occupancies. TRAM places high priority on timely rent collections and strict resident adherence to lease provisions. We have extensive and continuing training programs for Managers, Leasing staff and Maintenance personnel for each property that results in maintaining compliance with safety and fair housing regulations as well as tax credit program IRS Section 42 housing compliance rules.
